Chris Wing
HIGH PERFORMANCE MANAGER

Chris is our current High Performance Manager. With a wealth of coaching experience, Chris is a valued member of our coaching staff. Chris also holds coaching roles at Football Australia National Training Centre (Football West) and South Fremantle Football Club, having previously coached at Perth Glory FC, Luton Town FC and with the UK Tchoukball team. Chris has completed a PhD at Edith Cowan University, as well as a masters degree in Strength and Conditioning. He is an accredited Strength and Conditioning coach with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as an accredited Sport Scientist and Exercise Scientist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia.
Benjamin Aiberti
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH

Ben is our current Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach since 2020. After completing his masters degree in Strength and Conditioning at ECU in 2020, he attained his ASCA level 2 coaching certification. Since completing his studies he has been a part of the East Fremantle WAFL Colts, Perth Glory schools academy and is the current rehabilitation coach with the senior mens league and reserves teams at South Fremantle Football Club in the WAFL.
Julie Meek
DIETICIAN

Julie is a highly respected accredited Sports Dietician with more than 20 years experience helping athletes, teams and individuals to achieve their peak potential. Julie's experiences include her current roles with Football Australia (Socceroos, mens national team) and Melbourne Victory, as well as previously working with multiple high performance organisations including Fremantle Dockers, Perth Wildcats and the Western Australian Institute of Sport.
Eliza Kelly
DIETICIAN

Eliza is an accredited and practicing Sports Dietician with a passion for helping athletes fuel for performance, support recovery, and build positive sustainable relationships with food. Eliza works with a range of athletes from junior to elite level, with a particular interest in endurance and multi-sport disciplines such as cycling, swimming and triathlon.
Sandy Gordon
PSYCHOLOGIST

Sandy is our Sports Psychologist bringing an incredible amount of knowledge and experience to PRAS having spent over 30 years working with some the nation's best athletes. Sandy focuses on positive psychology application to enhance athlete development. Sandy has featured as the keynote speaker at over 20 national and international conferences, as well as authoring over 30 peer reviewed articles on resilience and mental toughness.
