The City of Mandurah Recreation services allows athletes access to Mandurah Aquatic & Recreation Centre and Halls Head Recreation Centre.

PRAS athletes will have access to the following classes:​

•   Yoga

•   Yoga Rollout

•   Zen Yoga

•   Thai Chi

•   Hatha

•   Body Balance

•   Zen Chair Yoga 

•   Pilates 

 

Athletes will also have access to the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre pool facilities on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:30am - 3:30pm and 6pm - 9pm.

Miami Physiotherapy Falcon and Miami Physiotherapy Lakelands offer comprehensive physiotherapy and allied services across two Mandurah-area clinics. Their experienced team provides hands-on physiotherapy, remedial massage, shockwave therapy, dry needling, clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy and tailored gym or exercise programs to support pain relief, injury rehabilitation and functional improvement.
